HOUSECLEANING SERVICES:
All services listed below are customizable to your home needs and lifestyle. The type of housecleaning services needed can be discussed at your initial free consultation visit that is required for each service we offer.
Initial Cleanings– Starts at $400. (Depending on what is needed, this service can turn into a deep cleaning service at a different price.)
Routing Cleaning Services– Several options are available.
Weekly– Starts at $150
Bi-weekly– Starts at $200
Monthly– Starts at $300
Quarterly– Starts at $500 (every 3-4 months).
Deep Cleanings– Starts at $1000.
HOMEOWNER SERVICES:
These services are for those who would like to take control of their homes but are not quite sure how to go about doing things. This is a more personalized service that can be scheduled at your leisure, outside of the normal M-F, 8-5 timeframe. If you do not see an item listed, do give us a call and let us know what item(s) you may need help with in your home. This can be done on a one-time basis or can be done as needed to help you stay on track.
These services can also be performed via video conference.
Pricing starts at $60/hour and includes a “written instruction/to-do list” to help keep you on track.
Includes but is not limited to the cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, loading dishwasher, laundry, dusting, mopping, etc.
