Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you clean?  Cleaning services are based on the needs of the client.  Some clients schedule weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly, quarterly cleanings, etc. As with all services, we schedule a consultation visit, go over your cleaning needs and schedule your services from there.

How much does it cost?  Cost for services is generally based on how much labor it will take to complete the services you need.  Costs can also vary from the start of services to the completion of services based on certain conditions.  During a consultation visit, we go over this information with you and it is in the paperwork we provide to all of our clients.

Do you only work on weekdays?  No.  We also provide cleaning services on the weekends.  We perform a consultation visit and schedule your services from there.

Do you have specialty hours?  Yes. Sometimes life happens and you may need services performed outside of the usual Monday-Friday, 8-5.  As with all of our services, we schedule a consultation visit to go over your needs and get your services scheduled.

What if someone is home while you are cleaning?  This is the case in a lot of the homes we clean.  We simply ask that the person rotates around the home as we clean.  If we are cleaning upstairs, we ask that they move to the downstairs area and vice versa.  This is also covered in the paperwork that we give clients to make sure there are no misunderstandings while cleaning services are being performed.

What supplies do we need to provide?  Unless there is a very specific product you need used on a specific item in your home, we provide all cleaning supplies except vacuums and mops/steamers.  Due to the wear and tear of constantly carrying vacuums, we do ask that all clients have their own. We do ask that clients have their own mop(s)/floor cleaning systems in order to keep the cost down of having to constantly disinfect mop heads and this helps to avoid having any cross contamination issues.

What cleaning products do you use?  The products we use can vary from house to house.  During the consultation visit, we go over the products that you are currently using, the products you would like for us to use and the general products we carry.  This is your home and we provide services and use the products that you are comfortable with.

What GREEN products do you use?  Green products can vary from house to house.  By 2020, our goal is to use 100% Green products to help cut down on supply costs, allergens, residues, and overall health issues for our staff, clients and their pets.  We currently use in various combinations: 70% rubbing alcohol, white distilled vinegar, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, castile soap, and essential oils of various types in combination with distilled water when making our cleaning solutions. The products we make can range from an all-purpose cleaner, shower glass cleaner, toilet bowl cleaners to air fresheners.  We started using more natural, greener products due to health concerns from daily exposure to some of the chemicals in the cleaning products and having a large client base with medical issues that range from simple allergies to COPD, cancer, severe autoimmune issues, etc. During the consultation visit, we go over any of the above mentioned items and any green products that you may already have in use in your home.

What if we have indoor pets?  Indoor pets are not a problem when providing services.  We like to perform a consultation visit to go over services and gather information about your pet(s).  We also schedule another visit prior to the start of your services to get your pet(s) familiar with the crew members who will be working in your home. Any issues that may arise are discussed in the paperwork that we give to all our clients prior to the start of services.

Do you perform specialty cleanings?  We do provide cleaning services that may be needed due to special or unexpected circumstances.  We perform a consultation visit, go over what needs to be done, provide a quote and schedule the service.
